Pilates matwork classes (group and one-to-one) with Julie, based in Edinburgh. Classes encourage and promote self-awareness, breath and connecting mind and body whilst gently strengthening, toning and stretching. One-to-one classes can act as a supplement to your Pilates practice, or can have a remedial focus, addressing pain, injury, or other problems.
