We are a new small business, based in Leith. We make a sweet treat called Ptasie Mleczko. Pronounced: p-tah-shea mleh-ch-koh. A chef by trade, on furlough and itching to be be working. Started making my version of the Polish treat I grew up with and Ptasie Mleczko was born. It's a milk soufflé, someone described it as if marshmallow and mousse had a baby, coated in a tempered Belgian chocolate shell. Available in a video range of flavours. Great for a treat for yourself or as a gift for someone else.
