As well as my standard yoga teaching qualification I also have a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Whatever your ability or experience with yoga I can guide you through each class offering modifications and options. Practise in the comfort of your own home under close supervision via zoom. Classes are free with option to make a donation (optional).
