Short, live, online yin yoga classes for busy professionals and service focused people who like the personal touch of a small group session but prefer to continue practising at home.
I specialise in supporting people in a helping / caring / service role to develop self compassion and avoid burnout.
Yin yoga focuses on how poses feel, not on how they look, which allows us to let go of comparisons with how we think we "should" look and to focus more on being who we are. You don't have to be flexible and I would especially welcome anyone who hasn't tried yoga before. Private online 1:1 sessions are also available.

All sessions are online and I plan on continuing with online classes in the long term.
