The ‘Local Experiences at Home’ service aims to provide you with access to local businesses’ expertise through remote events conducted using video calling over the internet, as well as packaged products that may be delivered in conjunction, or not, as described.
By purchasing an ‘Experience’ you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated here which apply to both you (The Buyer) and the business providing the services (The Seller). Edinburgh Lockdown Economy sells these ‘Experiences’ on behalf of The Sellers. Experiences cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed. You will be notified by email if there are any significant changes to the experience you purchase.
You may not resell your experience to another party. This may result in the Experience access being denied without a refund. Experiences are issued subject to the terms and conditions of The Seller, full details of which are available on The Sellers’ website.
Breach of any of these terms and conditions or any unacceptable behaviour during The Experience will result in The Seller denying your access to The Experience.
You are not permitted to record any part of your experience.
Edinburgh Lockdown Economy and The Seller do not accept responsibility for any damage to personal property resulting from The Experience.
Edinburgh Lockdown Economy 'Local Experiences at Home' may only be booked by over 18s. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you confirm that you are over 18.
Tickets for online workshops are non-refundable. It may be possible to reschedule an event if you cannot make it, please speak with the host directly to see if this is possible.
Products may be returned at the hosts discretion (please contact the host directly to discuss this).
